Neighbors say high weeds and debris are piling up at 4020 Mamaroneck Rd
High grass is spilling onto the sidewalk at 4020 Mamaroneck Rd, and one neighbor says it’s been that way for about 1.5 years.
They say there’s also a broken fence leaning on a new next-door fence, a broken refrigerator in the front yard, and debris piled up in the driveway and side yard. “The renter asked him to because she said she couldn’t,” the neighbor says, about cutting the grass for them.
