Neighbors say rats, mice and a foul smell are coming from 3116 Horton Ave
Somebody called the city about 3116 Horton Ave, where the high grass and weeds are especially bad in the front and back yard.
They say rats and mice are coming out of the back, and there’s a very foul smell from trash piles back there, maybe even a dead animal on the property. That’s one account, anyway, and the city’s looking at it now.
