Business ads are plastered on utility poles at Bardstown Rd & Lancashire Ave
Somebody finally called the city about the utility pole at Bardstown Rd and Lancashire Ave.
One report says there are multiple illegally posted business advertising signs on the pole there, plus another one on Lancashire beside the Circle K. That's the kind of clutter that starts small and ends up looking like the whole corner got sticker-bombed.
