Neighbors say junk and tarp-covered vehicles are causing rodents on Loretta St
Somebody at 5900 Loretta St says the yard is getting out of hand.
They say there are vehicles covered with tarps, junk all over the place, and rodents are part of the deal now. One neighbor says it’s gotten bad enough that people nearby are paying for exterminators to protect their own homes.
