Neighbors report trash and tree limbs piling up at 4624 S 3RD ST
Somebody called the city about 4624 S 3RD ST, and the gripe was all about the mess outside a house that’s been under remodel for more than 6 months.
They say trash has been piled by the front porch, by the back gate, and in the backyard with dead tree limbs, with worries about rats and other critters moving in. That’s one account, mind you.
The complaint is closed now.
