Plastic bags of yard waste are in the front yard at 3105 Talisman Rd
Plastic bags full of yard waste are sitting in the front yard at 3105 Talisman Rd.
The city got involved after someone said trash service will not take yard waste in plastic bags, and asked for them to be rebagged or removed. Sounds like one of those little curbside hassles that turns into a front-yard project real fast.
