Rats are coming out of garbage at CM Chicken on Frankfort Ave
One neighbor says garbage piled around the green waste dumpster in the CM Chicken parking lot at 2200-2231 Frankfort Ave has been drawing rats for months, and they say the rats come out in the daytime and chase people.
That’s one rough little corner to live next to, no question.
The city looked into the mess and closed the report on October 9.
