Neighbors say loud nights and dirty water spill from 5502 Eight Bells Ln 202
Smelled peace and quiet at Finish Line Apartments lately? One neighbor says Apartment 202 at 5502 Eight Bells Ln has been making a racket, especially after midnight.
That same neighbor says dirty water keeps getting dumped outside the apartment, then leaks through a worn wooden floor and drips by their entrance. They say it has even seeped inside at times.
Metro 311 got the word on September 26, and the complaint is still open.
