Neighbors say 130 Mills Dr is cluttered with cars, a tarp and a shaky mailbox
Somebody on 130 Mills Dr says the place is a complete mess, and they want the blue tarp gone from the carport.
They also say there are nonworking vehicles, a trash can out away from the house, and yard storage taking over the side lawn, plus a mailbox on a 2x4 that keeps tipping into the roadway. That’s one account, but it’s a pretty specific one.
