Neighbors say a silver car is parked on the lawn at 128 Mills Dr
A silver car keeps ending up on the lawn in front of the porch at 128 Mills Dr.
One neighbor says it’s there daily, right by the front door, and they’d like somebody who speaks Spanish to have a talk with the folks there about parking on pavement instead of the grass.
That’s the kind of front-yard situation that gets everybody staring out the window.
