Rats are reported at 2731 Bank St
Rats at 2731 Bank St are the story here, and one neighbor says they counted more than a dozen of them in the yard, on the porch, and even in the windows.
They say the house is the source of the problem and call it “a complete infestation.” That’s one account, but it’s enough to make your skin crawl.
The city’s looking into the exterior complaint.
