Neighbors report a substance pumping out of a vacant house at 2002 Payne St
Somebody finally called the city about 2002 Payne St.
The caller says the vacant house has people pumping some kind of substance out of it into a dumpster-like container at the street, and that it’s going onto the street and into the air. “I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS STUFF IS BUT IT DOESN’T LOOK LIKE THIS IS SAFE.”
The city closed that one out on September 25.
