Somebody called the city about the exterior stairwell at 3401 Portland Plz, and it sounds like a rough setup. Chains and boards are around it, and the caller said the damaged stairwell on each end of the apartment complex is a safety concern.
They also said a resident can’t use the stair, which makes life a little more awkward for the whole building.
