Empire is sandblasting under a carport at 4641 Illinois Ave
Smelled trouble near 4641 Illinois Ave? One neighbor says the Empire coating business is sandblasting outside under a carport.
They say the dust and debris are blowing over to the next place, and even their car is getting coated. That’s one account, but if you live nearby, you can see why folks would be fussing about the air.
