Gutters ripped off and grass is overgrown at 10788 Tarrytowne Dr
The gutters are ripped off at 10788 Tarrytowne Dr, and the front yard sounds like it’s been skipping its haircut all year.
There’s also a rotten tree out front, and the city says a note was left about it. Back in June, someone was told to stop cutting the grass because a professional was supposed to take over.
