Junk is piled in the alley behind 4542 S 2nd St
Somebody finally called the city about the tire and pile of junk in the alley behind 4542 S 2ND ST.
It was described as debris and other junk leaning up against a tree between that address and 4540 S. 2nd Street. That’s one neighbor’s view of it, but the mess was enough to get attention.
