Neighbors say a water line project is kicking up dust on East Saint Catherine
Dust’s been hanging over East Saint Catherine Street between Clay Street and South Hancock, and one caller says it’s coming from the Louisville Water Company work there.
They say the contractor is kicking up an excessive amount of it with no mitigation while the main and residential line replacement goes on. That project is expected to run until October, so the dust may not be done making itself known just yet.
