A clogged catch basin is flooding the 600 block of S 2nd St
At the northwest corner of East Chestnut and South Second, the catch basin at 600 S 2ND ST has been overgrown for years and is still causing trouble.
When it pours, water from the parking lot runs right into the intersection. That’s one account, and the city has closed the request.
