A loose culvert grate at 1212 WITAWANGA AVE is giving the driveway a tire hazard.
One resident says the grates MSD put across the driveway years ago have “become loose because the attachments are broken off” and keep “migrate back and forth across the opening.”
They say they’ve contacted MSD six times and gotten no response.
