Something’s keeping water parked in the drainage ditch out front of 10111 W Manslick Rd in Louisville.
One caller says it’s been sitting there even without any weather, and adds, “WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY WEATHER SO SOMETHING ELSE IS CAUSING THIS. IT ALWAYS BEEN DRY IN THE ABSENCE OF STORMS.”
