Neighbors report spoiled food and pests at 1396 S 2ND St

Somebody called the city about a rough kitchen situation at 1396 S 2nd St. Fridges and freezers are said to be holding food too warm, and there’s talk of roaches, hornets, and mice, plus broken refrigerator doors that won’t stay shut.

The complaint also says handwashing and sanitizer routines are slipping, gloves run out, and cooked foods sitting out don’t have proper temp logs. It even says some food prep happens at one of the owners’ homes before it gets served, which is not exactly what you want to hear with dinner on the way.
