300 DELMONT AVE complaint filed over late night bass at Mellwood Art Center
A neighbor says Mellwood Art Center at 300 Delmont Ave consistently hosts events with alcohol and that the bass carried over half a mile to the top of Winifrede, keeping them awake until almost 2 a.m.
The concern was reported to Emergency Services and the case is marked closed, mind you.
