A vacant lot is being raised at 1239 Old Fern Valley Rd
Somebody’s raising the grade on the vacant lot at 1239 Old Fern Valley Rd.
One neighbor says they called the city because they’re worried the fill work could send drainage headaches their way later. That’s the concern on the block, anyway, and the lot is right there in Louisville’s District 21.
