Neighbors say an old bus with broken windows sits at 4200-4237 Poppy Ave
An old TARC bus has been sitting on property at 4200-4237 Poppy Ave for more than three years, along with an old truck trailer.
One neighbor says the bus has broken windows and that teenagers have been busting them. They also say someone has been mowing the grass, but they’re worried about vandalism in the area.
