Neighbors say cars are blocking the sidewalk at 1310 Lillian Ave
Somebody at 1310 Lillian Ave says the tenants at a rental there keep parking in the front yard and blocking the sidewalk.
They say, “No one can get by and the children have to walk in the street, handicap individuals can't past.” That same account says two cars are always there, and one has been broken down on the sidewalk for at least 10 days.
