Neighbors say a tarp-covered car and gravel are blocking 401 Old Harrods Creek Rd
Somebody called the city about 401 Old Harrods Creek Rd, and it’s all about the cars and the driveway.
One neighbor says there’s a car under a tarp there with tree branches on top of it, and that’s been sitting around for over a year. They also say another car is getting parked in the grass every day, and the easement’s been blocked off with gravel.
