A vehicle has been sitting in the grass in the backyard at 520 W Whitney Ave for months, and one neighbor says it’s not even the tenant’s.
That same neighbor says there’s a front-yard fence creeping into the next yard near 518, keeping them from cutting their grass, and gutters and downspouts are sending water into neighboring property too.
The city closed out the complaint on September 25.
