Neighbors say cars keep parking in the easement at 914 Rosemary Dr
Somebody at 914 Rosemary Dr says the cars have been living in the easement on the wrong side of the street.
They say the vehicles tied to 914 and 912 Rosemary Drive are there most of the day and night, and LMPD got the word too.
