A young brown dog tied to a tree in the back yard at 867 Molter Ave is what’s got one neighbor worried.
They say it’s been left out for many hours a day for at least the last month, with crying and howling that can start as early as 5am and run past 11pm. “It cries outside sometimes as early as 5am and as late as 11pm.”
They also say the dog had no shade or shelter, even on some very hot days. Louisville Animal Services has the item closed up.
