A small white dog is roaming George Rogers Park at 1024 Thruston Ave
A small white dog with brown and black spots was spotted near George Rogers Park, by the hill behind the public bathrooms at 1024 Thruston Ave.
One neighbor says they saw the little dog there yesterday around 5 p.m. and again today around 1 p.m., but it ran off both times and seemed scared.
They looked around after each sighting and couldn’t find it.
