A chained dog is reaching into the alley at 3816 Bank St 3
A dog on a long chain at 3816 Bank St 3 had neighbors on alert.
One person says it was in the rear yard, could reach the alley, and “dang near got some kids walking through.” That’s one account, but it was enough to bring Louisville Animal Services out.
