Neighbors say a chihuahua keeps barking at 4032 Churchman Ave
One neighbor on Churchman Ave says a newly arrived chihuahua at 4032 Churchman Ave has been making a racket, barking “throughout the day” and jumping on every little noise in the neighborhood.
They say it’s become a nuisance for other folks nearby, and that they’ve even had trouble letting their own dog out without getting harassed. The same neighbor says there was another blowup around 8:21 p.m. the other night, and animal services has already been looped in.
