Neighbors say cats are overrunning 2209 Burwell Ave
Cats are taking over 2209 Burwell Ave, or so one neighbor says.
They told Animal Services the renter there is leaving food out, and now the cats are all over the roofs, front yards, and back yards on the block. That’s one account, but they called it a major nuisance.
The city marked the call closed.
