An off-leash dog keeps crossing the street at 939 Camden Ave in Louisville
A full grey mini-pitbull about 40 pounds was out off its yard at 939 Camden Ave and came across the street toward a leashed dog on Sept. 25.
One neighbor says the dog looked alert, with its tail straight up and stiff and its face tense, but did not act aggressive.
They also say the owner had to run over and grab the collar, and that the dog still wasn't wearing a rabies tag.
