Neighbors say a dog is alone at 523 N 33rd St 202 in Louisville
Somebody called Louisville Animal Services about a dog inside 523 N 33RD ST 202.
That neighbor says the dog had been there for 5 days without food or water, and that the pet owner had not been home to care for it. That’s one account, mind you, but it’s a rough one.
