Neighbors say rats are running from 3915 Carbine Ln in Louisville
Rats are the talk at 3915 Carbine Ln.
One neighbor says they’ve been “running from this Home across my patio and my deck,” and blames piled-up grass clippings, weeds, and overgrowth around a shed next door. That’s one account, mind you, but nobody wants a rat doing laps across the deck.
