A German shepherd at 7111 Nathan Hale Way keeps getting out of the backyard, and one neighbor says it’s barking at people and at their dogs.
The neighbor says there’s no collar on the dog, and they’re worried somebody could get hurt. Louisville Animal Services has closed the complaint.
