2911 Goose Creek RD submitted for Change in Zoning-Form District Pre-Application

Goose Creek Properties is proposing Goose Creek Self Storage, a three-story, climate-controlled enclosed self-storage facility at 2911 Goose Creek Rd at the corner of Blossom Lane. The proposal would rezone about 5.33 acres to C-2 (Suburban Marketplace Corridor) for a roughly 93,819-square-foot building and will require a Conditional Use Permit for self-storage.
