4700 South Hurstbourne Parkway LLC has submitted a pre-application to rezone 19.29 acres at 4700 S Hurstbourne Pkwy from R-7 to C-2 to make way for a grocery store and other retail under the project name "Retail at the Ascent." Plans show about 79,848 square feet of new building, and the record notes that a Kentucky landscape architect must verify and certify the planting installation before any certificate of occupancy is issued.
