3308 Collins Ln submitted for pre-application zoning change

Ford Motor Company, with applicant Sam Kandah, has submitted a change-in-zoning pre-application for 3308 Collins Ln. They’re proposing to rezone about 6.07 acres of adjacent property to the PEC Planned Employment Center District with a Suburban Workplace form district — basically opening the door to industrial/manufacturing uses — and paid a $250 fee to kick off the process.
