4620 Poplar Level Rd changed zoning from R-4 to C-2 for 24k SF office-warehouse

Amlung Construction Co., Inc., owned by Douglas L. Amlung, has applied to rezone just under an acre at 4620 Poplar Level Rd from R-4 residential to C-2 commercial to make way for an approximately 24,718-square-foot office-warehouse. If approved, the site would shift from single-family use to a neighborhood commercial form district — about 40 notification postcards were sent, so expect neighbors to have plenty of opinions.
