820 S CLAY ST zoning changed from UN/C1 to R-8A for 22-unit senior apartments

REBOUND, Inc., represented by Johnny Gibson, has applied to rezone 820 S Clay St from UN/C1 to R-8A to build Grace Hope Senior Apartments. The project would put a 22-unit senior living community on about 0.6 acres with a new building of roughly 9,778 square feet on land owned by Grace Hope Presbyterian Church Inc. It’s pitched as multi-family housing in a Traditional Neighborhood form district and has already prompted about 115 meeting-notification postcards as it works its way through the zoning process.
