JFK Real Estate LLC (owner Khaled Jouja) has filed to rezone 8007 New LaGrange Rd — about 3.02 acres — from R-4 single-family to OR-1 Office Residential for the Lyndon Condominium Community, proposing 32 dwelling units and an on-site child care facility. The plan shows roughly 27,327 square feet of new building, so if it’s approved expect a noticeable bump in density and some extra daycare traffic in the neighborhood.
