6211 Shepherdsville Rd zoning confirmation requested for RPM Motor Sales LLC
RPM Motor Sales LLC is seeking a zoning confirmation for 6211 Shepherdsville Rd so it can apply for a motor vehicle dealer's license. Applicant Annaliet Felico Zambrano of Zambrano Signature Service LLC submitted the request on behalf of the business, and the property is owned by Dew Holdings Of Louisville LLC; the record is listed as submitted, which means this is a zoning check to prove the location is allowed for a dealership before the licensing moves forward.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
