13216 Willow Forest Dr zoning confirmation for family care home (OIG-007)

Applicant Sankara Elie Murengera is requesting zoning confirmation that 13216 Willow Forest Drive can operate as the Willow Forest Family Care Home. Owner Murengera Sankara Elie says the Kentucky Office of Inspector General–licensed home will provide personal care for up to two adult residents in a residential setting — basically a small, in-home assisted living setup.
