5900 Fairington Dr submitted Zoning Certification for Blairwood of Louisville

GBG LIHTC Development, LLC (the Gene B. Glick Co. tax-credit arm) is applying to the Kentucky Housing Corporation for Low Income Housing Tax Credits and has requested a zoning certification for the senior affordable property at 5900 Fairington Dr. The site, owned by Fairginton Apts Of Lou and home to 150 one-bedroom, one-bath units under a Section 8 contract for residents 62+, would get health-and-safety repairs, interior and exterior system updates, and complete kitchen and bath remodels — with no new construction or footprint changes planned.
