6311 Commerce Park Ct LDC Waiver for easements encroaching LBAs

Bizram Anand has applied for a zoning waiver for the Flying Horse C-Store at 6311 Commerce Park Ct on behalf of owner Upton Quick Stop Inc. The request seeks relief from LDC 10.2.4.B.3 to allow utility easements to encroach more than 50% onto landscape buffer areas, essentially asking permission to run utilities through more of the planting/green strip than the rules normally allow. A $300 fee has been paid and the waiver is currently under review.
