5004 MAPLE SPRING DR LDC Waiver for Preston III - Retail
291 Harbison LLC is asking for zoning waivers for a Preston III retail building at 5004 Maple Spring Dr. The request would allow the Maple Spring Drive façade to lack street-facing entrances and display windows, to have animating features along less than 60% of the façade, to contain under 50% clear windows and doors, and to run 100 feet of unvaried roofline. In plain terms, the owner is proposing a simpler, more closed-off storefront on Maple Spring Drive than the city’s design rules normally require.
