425 W MUHAMMAD ALI BLVD Street Closure Pre-Application
A geothermal contractor with Darcy Solutions, Alex Senjem, filed a street-closure pre-application for the Envirome Project at 425 W Muhammad Ali Blvd. They’re asking to close or reduce roughly 300 feet of Cathedral Way to a walking path for a few weeks in April/May 2026 so geothermal drilling rigs can access the site; the property is owned by Kentucky Promise 2012 LLC.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
