111 CENTRAL AVE: Building permit for Zaxby's sign installations

Lang Signs (applicant Richie Rosebush) has submitted a sign permit to outfit the Zaxby's at 111 Central Ave for owner MAHANT Realty LLC. The plan calls for a new illuminated road sign, nine wall signs (three illuminated), a speaker box, clearance bar, a tri-panel LED menu board and LED pre-sale menu board, plus four illuminated directional signs — all tied into the existing electrical. The permit is currently submitted and waiting on agency review, so this corner could brighten up once it’s approved.
